Ingredients

  • 5.3 ozchicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 10beef meatballs, cut into cubes
  • 4chicken sausages, cut into cubes
  • 3medium carrots, cut into cubes
  • 1medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 5 clovesgarlic, crushed
  • 5large tomatoes, boiled and pureed
  • 10 tablespoonstomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoonssweet soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 5 cupswater for the soup broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Margarine for sautéing

Steps

45 minutes

    Boil a little water in a small pot. Add the tomatoes. Boil briefly until soft. Turn off the heat. Mash the tomatoes with a spoon. Then strain the tomato juice into a separate container. Set aside. (If it's easier, you can blend them directly, but since my mom usually uses the manual mashing method, I just followed her way hehe)

    Heat margarine in a frying pan. Add the garlic and onion. Sauté until fragrant. Add the cleaned and cubed chicken breast. Stir briefly until the chicken is half-cooked. Turn off the heat. Set aside.

    Boil 5 cups of water in a pot. Add the cleaned and cubed carrots. Wait until half-cooked. Add the sautéed chicken. Stir until the broth starts to become oily. Add the tomato juice, tomato sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, sweet soy sauce, and soy sauce. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.

    Add the cleaned and cubed sausages and meatballs. Stir until all ingredients are cooked. Turn off the heat. Transfer the soup to a bowl. The tomato red soup is ready to serve.
