A flavorful and nutritious twist on fried rice with aromatic minced lemongrass.

Beat the egg with a little fish sauce, then mix it well with the rice. Cut the beef into 1/2-inch (about 1.5 cm) cubes and marinate with 1 tablespoon minced or sliced garlic (as you prefer), 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon seasoning powder, a little black pepper, and a bit of cooking oil. Cut the onion and chili into cubes.

Heat a little oil in a pan, add minced garlic and lemongrass, and sauté until fragrant and golden. Add the rice and fry until dry and crispy to your liking. Adjust seasoning to taste.

In another pan, heat a little oil and sauté some minced garlic until fragrant. Add the beef and stir-fry quickly over high heat. Add the onion and chili, season to taste, then add chopped green onions and a little black pepper. Turn off the heat.

Serve the fried rice and stir-fried beef on a plate with salad greens and tomato. Add soy sauce with chili or chili sauce as desired.
