Take all the dry masala and crush it. Now in a pan add at least 5-6 glass of water. Now add salt, mutton and the masala. Let the mutton cook. Cook 75% of the mutton. Now reserve the stock and take out the mutton.

Now in a pan or handi add ghee. Then add the onion. Fry it. Now add the mutton. Fry it till both turns brown. Now add the ginger and green Chile. Mix it well. Now add the pre soaked rice. Add salt to it. Now add the reserve stock. If you feel that the stock is not in sufficient quantity then add water. Now cover and cook it in dum by sealing it with a dough. Let it cook in low flame for 25-30 min.
