  • 200 gBroccoli stems
  • 200 gchicken
  • 1 piecegarlic and ginger
  • 1 tbssesame oil
  • 1 tspchinese paste
  • 1 tbsoyster sause
  • salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    We use broccoli stems! Cut the broccoli stems into 5 mm sticks. Cut chicken to a size you can eat.

    Put some sesame oil, garlic, and ginger into the pan. Warm it until the flavor comes. Add the chicken and stir it until cooked.

    Add the broccoli stems and stir until it gets soft. Add rest of the seasonings.

    Serve the dish!
