Cooking Instructions

Marinate chicken with turmeric powder and salt and beaten egg.

Peel the rind and cut the zest into thin strips.

Squeeze the lemon, take juice and keep

Take 2 tbs juice, add sugar, honey, green chill (keep some for decorate) cornstarch, white vinegar, mix throughly and keep.

Mix all purpose flour, pepper and salt. Roll chicken strips and fry in medium flame until golden brown.

Then keep a pan spread the fried chicken strips pour the lemon mix and cook 2 min in low flame

Remove and add green chilli, coriander, chopped dry tomatoes and ginger mix and serve with roti or puri
