  • 3baigan cut in cubes
  • 1large potato
  • 1 tea spoonsabit zeera
  • 1onion paste
  • 2tommatoes
  • Halfteaspoon haldi
  • 1 tea spoonadrak. Lehson paste
  • 1 tea spoonkalonji
  • Slat as per taste
  • 2 tea spoonkuti laal mirch
  • 4chopped green cjillies
  • Halfbunch hara Dhaniya chopped
  • 1 cupoil
  • For zeera rice
  • 2 cuprice soak in water 15 minutes
  • 1 tea spoonzeera
  • 2 tablespoonoil
  • 1 sliceonion
  • 2cinnamon stick
  • Salt as per taste

    Sub sa phly aloo ko cubes MN cut Kar ke 5 minute ke liye water MN. Ik teaspoon salt Daal kar dip Kar ke rakh drain phir baigan ko cubes MN cut krlain or achi trhn wash Kar ke isy bh 5 minutes ke liye salted water MN dip Kar ke rakh dain

    Ub ik pateela MN oil dalain or oil garam hny or zeera Daal kar for an ik piyaz ka paste Daal dain isy bhon lain 3 sa 4 minute phir is MN haldi add krn or sath he adrak lehson paste bh isy bh 3 sa 4 minute low flame or bhon lain Ub is MN potatoes add Kar ke onhain bh 2 sa 3 minute bhonain phir kuti mirch or salt add krn or tommato bh add krn 5 minute baad baigan bh krdain or 3 minutes bhon kar dkhan laga kar low flame par 20 minutes tak cook krn

    Yhn tak ke oil separate hojy or aloo And baigan dono gal jaen phir hari mirch add krn 2 minute bhonain phir hara Dhaniya add Kar ke flame off krdain Tyr hn aloo baigan ki sabzi👍🙂

    Zeera rice ke liye pateela MN 2 tablespoon oil Lai. Or is MN zeera, cinnamon stickDaal kar piyaz add krdain or pink hny tak fry krn phir 3 cup water add Kar ke is MN salt Daal dain or jaisy he pani MN boil ay to rice add krdain phly flame high rkhn jsiy he water kum. Reh jy flame low Kar ke dum or rakh Dain tyyr hn zeera rice🍚😇😍
