Take cleaned prawns in a bowl

Add crushed ginger,coconut slices,half of one sliced onion,malabar tamarind to it

Add half a tspn each of salt and turmeric powder
- 4
Add 1 cup of water and allow the prawns to boil for 8 minutes
- 5
After the prawns is cooked keep it aside

Take a pan and add 2 tbsp of coconut oil

Add the remaining 1.5 sliced onion to it

Add green chilli and garlic pods

Add 1/4 tspn of turmeric powder, 1/4 tspn of pepper powder,1 tspn of Kashmiri chilli powder and saute properly

Add Tomatoes after the raw smell of the powders are gone

Then add our cooked prawns to the prepared masala

Add curry leaves and cook for 3 minutes,add salt if needed

Our Prawns Thengakoth Ularth is ready to be served.
