Cook salmon, remove skin and flake.

Heat skillet over medium heat with 1 Tbsp oil and 1 Tbsp butter. Add onions and peppers and sauté until soft (~8 minutes).

In large bowl, combine salmon, onion, pepper, bread crumbs, eggs (lightly beaten), mayo, Worcestershire, garlic salt, pepper, and cilantro. Stir and form into patties; ~ 1 heaping Tbsp molded into 2 inch wide, 1/3 - 1/2 inch thick).

In non-stick pan, heat 1 Tbsp oil and 1 Tbsp butter until hot. Add patties in a single layer and sauté 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown. Rest on paper towel.
