Steps

Peel, Wash and chop arbi. Cut in pieces lengthwise.

Peel wash and Chop onion ginger garlic. Make a puree of tomato

Heat oil in a karahi. Add carrom seeds and when carrom seeds splutter add garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add ginger and saute for 1 minute. Now add onion and saute till onion gets translucent.

Add tomato puree and cook till oil leaves the karahi. Now add fresh cream and saute for 2 minutes.

Add chopped arbi and mix it well. Add 1/2 bowl water and Cover the lid and cook till water gets absorbed. Add garam masala and mix well.

Serve hot with fulka garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
