Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgchicken
  2. 3ripe tomatoes
  3. 1big onion
  4. Garlic and ginger paste
  5. Spices of choice
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. Oil for cooking

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the chicken and add in garlic and ginger paste with spices. Let all water evaporate.

  2. 2

    Add in oil and stir followed by onions them tomatoes, let it simmer to form a thick paste, stir and add a little water. Let it cook for a few minutes.

    Serve with ugali kienyeji.
