Sabudana vada or khichdi or any any item from sabudana is one of the most traditional and all time favourite food. Made with boiled potatoes peanuts and soaked sabudana. In this bomb the secret ingredient is tangy kairi . It has a very amazing flavour and texture.

Sabudana vada or khichdi or any any item from sabudana is one of the most traditional and all time favourite food. Made with boiled potatoes peanuts and soaked sabudana. In this bomb the secret ingredient is tangy kairi . It has a very amazing flavour and texture.
Steps

Soak sabudana in enough water overnight. Drain well.

In a mixing bowl add the soaked sabudana to this add mashed boiled potato along with coarsely crushed peanuts chopped green chilli and chopped coriander leavesTo this add salt and cumin powder and mix well.

In a mixing grinder add coconut kairi chopped green chilli and chopped coriander leaves and salt and grind to a smooth paste.

Now take a small portion of the sabudana mix and make a ball and flatten and place a small portion of kairi coconut chutney in the center. Now bring together all the edges in the center and seal the stuffing from all the sides making a ball and then flatten slightly.

Heat oil in a kadai or pan and slightly place the sabudana bomb in the oil and deep fry on a medium flame till they turn golden brown.Transfer on kitchen absorbent paper.

Kairi coconut chutney stuffed sabudana bomb are ready. Serve immediately with tomato sauce.
