1 tbspchoco powder
1 tspbaking powder
1 pinchbaking soda
As neededChocolate slab
1/2 cupmalai/cream
1/2 cupSugar

First sieve all-purpose flour

Take malai in a bowl and sugar mix it with a spoon

Add all-purpose flour in batches

Mix it with spoon no lumps should be there

Add choco powder mix it nicely.add baking powder and baking soda mix again

Grease appe pan with oil

Pour a spoon full of batter in the cavities of appe pan.add a piece of chocolate in between.

Cook it for few minutes

Turn and Cook on other side
