It is a bit different from the regular one. Here have mixed chocolate and crushed almond which has given it a nutty texture.

Take the almond and crush it. In a pan add milk. When it comes to boil. Add the milk powder. Keep stiring it continuously so tha no lumps is formed. Now reduce the milk to 1/3rd. Now at this stage add the sugar and again keep on stiring.

When the sugar is dissolved. And the milk becomes more thick like the rabri. Put off the flame add the gratted dark chocolate and crushed almond 90%. Now take a matka and put the kulfi mixture into it. Garnish it with the remaining almond. Cover it with a aluminium foil and keep it in the fridge for 8-10 hrs.
