In a bowl crush vermicelle and crush well. Add butter and mix properly.

In a saucepan add sugar and water and cook until sugar is dissolved. Now add zaffran and mix well until sauce thickens.

Make mango custard as per packet instructions.

Make mango puree by blending 10-12 mango cubes with 2 tbsp sugar. And mix it in mango custard which was made earlier

Now take half of quantity of vermicelle and set in a overproof dish.

Now add khoya, mango custard puree, mozzarella cheese and vermicelle.

Now bake in for 20-25 minutes until crisp and crunchy.

Pour sugar syrup generously all over the kunafa and garnish with pista on top.
