Ingredients

  • 45 goats (4-5 tbsp)
  • 1 tspgolden or maple syrup
  • Pinchsalt
  • 2 tbspgreek or plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cupmilk (200ml)
  • Handfulblueberries
  • 2 tbspchai seeds

Steps

    Soak the oats with all the ingredients as listed above in the ingredients list.

    For the best results best to soak them overnight in the fridge or 4 hours before breakfast.

    Take them out of the fridge and top it up with few more fresh blueberries 😋
