Ingredients

  1. 6small whole potatoes boiled
  2. 1 cuphung curd
  3. 1large capsicum cubed
  4. 2tomatoes scooped out and cubed
  5. 1onion cut in half and petals taken out
  6. 2 tbspbesan/gram flour
  7. To tasteSalt
  8. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  9. 2 tspKashmiri chilli powder
  10. 1 tspcumin powder
  11. 1 tspcoriander powder
  12. 1 tspturmeric powder
  13. 2 tbspmustard oil
  14. 1 tbspAmchur(dry mango) powder
  15. 1 tbspkasuri methi
  16. as neededOlive oil for cooking

    In a bowl add hung curd, mustard oil, Kashmiri chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, besan,coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, amchur, kasoori methi and mix well.

    Cut the potatoes in half and add to the marinade along with other vegetables.

    Heat up a piece of charcoal and place it in the bowl and pour a tsp of oil/ghee on it to let the smoke come out. Cover it and smoke for 15mins

    Make skewers by adding capsicum, tomato, potatoes & onions alternately.

    Preheat your oven to 200 degree and cook them for 25 minutes at 200 degrees or until it's charred well. Brush olive oil in between.

    Serve them with lemon wedges and salad.
