Fries and stir fry veges

Cooking Instructions

Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut into desired shapes and wash again to get rid of the excess starch.

Pat dry with a kitchen towel and deep fry. You know they are ready when they are floating on the deep frying oil. Transfer to a bowl Sprinkle some salt and vinegar if you like and toss them.

Peel the carrots, cut into desired shapes and put them in hot salty water for 3 mins. Chop the bell pepper and onion.

On a pan heat 1 tbs cooking oil till hot, add the red onion and stir till tender, add the carrots then the bell pepper.

Sprinkle some chilly flakes and salt to taste, keep stirring for like 3 mins and turn off the heat

Serve hot.
