Ingredients

10 minutes
  • 100 gmroasted peanuts
  • I cup gram flour (Besan)
  • 1/2 cupRice flour
  • to tasteSalt, chilli powder
  • PinchBicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tspFennel seeds
  • Water to make batter

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix the dry ingredients with peanut and add water little by little and mix, so that peanuts are fully covered with batter.

    Deep fry in a medium hot oil. There we are, peanut pakoras are ready to serve just by itself or with any dips of your choice.
