Ingredients

  1. 1 pctofu
  2. Ground beef
  3. Black pepper
  4. Oyster salt
  5. Flour
  6. Garlic and shallot, minced

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate ground beef with black pepper and flour.

  2. 2

    Cut tofu into cubes

  3. 3

    Heat a wok add oil then stir fry garlic and shallot, after that add beef. Make sure that your fire is strong. When beef changes its color then add tofu. Add little bit of water then oyster sauce. Mix well then remove
