Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 2 cupdalia
  2. 1.5 cupoats
  3. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1/2 tspRed chilli
  5. 1/2garam masala
  6. 1 tsplemon juice
  7. 1chopped onion
  8. 1chopped capsicum
  9. 1chopped carrot
  10. 1chopped tomato
  11. 1 tsp chopped adrak
  12. 1chopped mirch
  13. 2 tspdesi ghee
  14. 1 tspJeera

Steps

  1. 1

    First take a cooker at low flame.Add 1 ts 1 ghee and jeera in it.then roast dalia and oats in it.

    Now take it out from cooker. Add 1 ts ghee in it.add adrak, green chilli, onion stir it. Then add all veggies in it.

    Now add dalia or oats in it. add salt, mirch, and water in it.(according to quantity)

    Now whistle it.(2 or 3) at low flame. Now dalia is ready to serve.Garnish with hara dhania and mirch.serve with chutney, achaar and mattha.
