In a large bowl, Cream together margarine and sugar till lighty and Fluffy

Add beaten eggs and grated lemon cover. Add Half the flour, Baking powder and mix well.Add the rest and continue mixing till all incorporated.Finally add in the milk and mix untill Fully incorporated into a batter form.

Pour the batter into a greased pan (greased with margarine and Poured some flour) and bake till a toothpick or a skewer inserted into the middle comes out Clean
