Chop the beef and season with garlic powder, all-purpose seasoning, and salt. Grill the meat on a griddle or skillet until cooked, then set aside.

Divide the dough into balls and press each one in a tortilla press to form tortillas. Cook the tortillas on a hot griddle or skillet; once one side is done, flip them over.

Add the grilled beef and cheese on top of the tortilla. When the cheese starts to melt, fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling.

Repeat with the remaining dough, beef, and cheese. Serve the quesadillas on a platter and enjoy with your favorite salsa.
