Aloo Paratha is a very popular dish that can be made in many ways. I made it by filling spicy, tangy, and flavorful potato masala inside whole wheat dough. People of all ages love its delicious taste. It's easy to make and comes together quickly.

First, take the whole wheat flour in a large mixing bowl. Add salt, oil, and carom seeds, and mix well. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

To make the potato filling: Grate the boiled potatoes. Add all the dry spices listed above. Add salt, lemon juice, mustard oil, ginger, green chili, and cilantro. Mix everything well. Your spicy potato filling is ready.

Knead the rested dough again with a little oil. Divide the dough into 4 equal balls. Also, divide the potato filling into 4 equal portions.

Take one dough ball and stuff it with a portion of the potato filling. Seal it well. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.

Dust a stuffed dough ball with flour and roll it out into a round paratha on a flat surface.

Heat a skillet or griddle. Lightly grease it with oil. Place the rolled paratha on the hot skillet. Cook both sides without oil or ghee first. Then, add oil or ghee to both sides and cook until golden brown and crisp. Prepare all the parathas in the same way.

Serve the parathas hot with your favorite chutney, yogurt, and pickle.
