Ingredients: 6 fresh thick meaty butchers sausages; 1/2 large white onion, chopped finely; 4 spring onions, whites only, thinly sliced; 2 large cloves garlic, crushed and finely chopped; I can plum tomatoes; 1 can beans each cannellini and black eyed white beans; 4 large on the vine cherry tomatoes, chopped roughly; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 300 ml water; 2 chicken or vegetable stock cubes; 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder or less if preferred; 1 teaspoon smoky paprika powder; 1 good pinch salt and pepper each; 2 slices Garlic bread, baked, cut into cubes; 1 good pinch dried coriander; enough noodles for 2 people

I love garlicky cannellini or other white beans in tomato sauce. Here I have combined them with sausage meatballs, garlic bread and noodles. You can serve this with rice, pasta, noodles, couscous or just eat it with more garlic bread . #mycookbook #sausages

6fresh thick meaty butchers sausages
1/2large white onion, chopped finely

Steps

Preheat oven for garlic bread. When temperature reached bake garlic bread. Remove sauses from package, divide each sausage into 3 meatballs. Heat oil in pan, add the meatballs brown from all sides.

Add the onions and spring onions. Add the garlic. Cook until onions soft. Drain the beans under running water in a sieve. Add the beans to the sausages cook for about 5 minutes then add the water and stock cubes.

Add the chopped tomatoes, the can of tomatoes, paprika, chilli, coriander then season with salt and pepper. Let it all simmer down until it slightly thickens.

Remove garlic bread from oven, cut into cubes serve over the bean pot and or have whole slices.
