Cooking Instructions

Take all ingredients in a bowl... Like maida, aata, salt sugar, oil, baking soda, baking powder curd mix well... Now make a soft dough with the help of milk... Cover it for 1 hour.

Now make chole... Soaked for 5 hours.

Boil the chole with salt till 5 whistle.

Take a pan add oil jeera and hing... Now saute onion ginger paste.. Than add tomato and all spices saute them till left the oil..

Add boiled chole in gravy add lil water mix well take again one whistle.

Now add lemon juice and chopped Coriander.

Now make kulcha...make dough smooth with the help of oil hand... Make big balls.

Now take a nonstick pan... Roll the ball put some coriander on it roll it than put it on hot pan cover it by lid.

Sprinkle some water around the kulcha... Change the side of kulcha.make all Kulche like this.

Serve it hot with chole and pickle.
