  1. 1 cupmaida/all-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cupsuji/semolina
  3. 3/4 cuppowdered sugar
  4. 3/4 cupGhee

    Mix all the ingredients very well.

    Knead like a dough.

  3. 3

    Make small balls and put in a greased baking tray.

  4. 4

    Preheat the oven @180 degree for 10mins

  5. 5

    Bake nankhatai @200 degree for 10-12mins

  6. 6

    Ready to serve..enjoy
