Ingredients

Spinach washed
Onion 1 small - sliced
Garlic 6 cloves - crushed
Dry chilli 2 - cut into 2
1/2 tspmix spices (mustard, fenugreek, fennel, urad dhall)
to tasteSalt
1/2 cupWater

Steps

Heat 1 tbls oil in a pan. Add crack mix spices and dry chilli. Add in onions and garlic. Stir. Cook till onion and garlic turn brown.

Add washed spinach. Stir well.

1/2 cup water. Add salt to taste or 2 vegetable stock cubes. Stir. Cook for 1to 2 minutes.
