Vegetable momos

#tech1
Veg momos: A steamed dumplings stuffed with veggies and served with a spicy red chutney or sauce.
.
A snack that has become almost synonyms with Chinese cuisine. Momos are made of a plain flour cover filled with sauteed veggies.
.
An apt combination of garlic, ginger, green chillies and Schezwan sauce flavours the vegetable mixture and the outcome is simply tongue-tickling!!
.
Traditionally momos are steamed in bamboo baskets, I use regular steamer or cooker.
