Yoghurt pumpkin Paratha

First grate the pumpkin.

Now add one teaspoon ghee followed by one teaspoon oil.

Heat it then add the grated pumpkin cook till soft with chilli powder jeera powder amchur salt ginger. Switch off the stove and add Kasuri methi and mix well and keep aside.

Cool and transfer to a big vessel add yoghurt and give it a good mix. Now add wheat flour and make a soft dough but not adding too much water just sprinkle water if necessary.

Now take small balls roll out flat then add oil over it spread it and fold it into half, spread oil over it again and fold it and roll it evenly.

Now add this rolled Paratha on to a hot tawa and cook well on both sides with oil. Serve hot pickles of your choice.
