In a mixing bowl add atta flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and milk mix it well. Apply 1tablespoon of oil on the mixed tough keep aside for 2 hours.

Make a round balls in that flour tough.

Add 1tablespoon of oil in kitchen table top keep the round balls in that and spread it very well as a thin layer.

Fold the layer back and front like a Saree folding and roll it. Use the chapathi spreader apply mild pressure and spread the paratha.

Heat a dosa tawa add oil put the paratha into that roast it both sides. Now paratha is ready.
