    Mold size 2 pound lock wala

    Ab hum biscuits ko crush karen gey belan se aur is mein milk or butter add kar ke mix kar lain or mold mein laga ke clean kar lain ab freezer main rakh dain 20 minutes ke liye

    Ek bowl le lein us main room temperature per soft hoi 200 gram cream cheese dal lain or 30 gram sugar add kar dain or softly mix krna hai

    Ab ek piyali main 30 gram milk or 5 gram gelatin double boiler per melt kar lain gelatin ke grains na ho ache se melt ho jaye to is ko room temperature pe thanda kar lain or cheese wale batter main dal dain

    Ab is main lemon zest or lemon juice dal kar softly mix kar lain

  7. 7

    Ab ek alag bowl main whipped cream 200 gram or sugar 20 gram add kar ke ache se whipped krain over whipped ni krna kyu ke is main air a jaye gi

    Ab jo cheese wala batter hai us main whipped cream ko add kar dain or softly mix krain

    Ab is batter main se 150 gram batter ko alag kar lain or baki wale batter ko mold main dal dain jis main hum ne biscuits ki layer lagi thi or phir se clean kar ke rahk dain 30 minutes ke liye

    Ab 60 gram mango puree ko ache se stain kar lain ke mango ke lamps na rahe or half wale batter main add kar lain or ab freezer se mold nikal kar ye batter us pa dal dain or phir se clean kar ke liye rahk dain 30 minutes ke liye

    Ab hum mango jelly banain gain is ke liye b hum sb se pehly mango ko blend kar ke stain kar lain gain

    Ab hum ek piyali main gelatin or water add kar ke double boiler pa melt krain gain itna krna hai ke gelatin ke grains hatam ho jaye

    Ab is main glucose dal kar mix krain or double boiler se utar lain or is main mango puree add kar dain or mix krain agr mango ka color light hai tw yellow food color add kar sakty hain

    Ab jo humara cheesecake freezer main hai usko nikal lain or clean utar lain or agr us pa pani aya ho tw tissue se bht dehan se utha lain or ab jo hum ne jelly banai cakes pa dal lain or 15 minutes ke liye phir rahk dain clean kar ke or 15 minutes ke baad decorations krain
