Ingredients

  1. 1 packetHakka noodles
  2. 2 tbsponion chopped finely
  3. 1carrot medium sized Chopped length wise
  4. 1/2capsicum medium size
  5. 3 tbspspring onion chopped finely includes both green and white
  6. 1/2 tspvinegar
  7. 1/2 tspsoya sauce
  8. 1 tspgreen chili sauce
  9. 1.5 tsppepper
  10. as requiredSalt
  11. 1.5 tbsp+ 1/4 tsp olive oil
  12. 3 tbspsezwan sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop all the vegetables and keep it ready

    Boil water (enough for the noodles to immerse)

  3. 3

    Then add the noodles with 1/4 tsp oil cooler noodles until soft

    Drain water and wash it to remove the excess starch set aside

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a pan

  6. 6

    Add onion garlic and spring onion and Fry until slightly browned

  7. 7

    Then add the carrot and cabbage and saute for a minute in medium high flame till it slightly shrinks in volume

    Lower the flame and saute till it shrinks further

  9. 9

    Add capsicum and saute for a minute

  10. 10

    Bring it back on high heat and add soya sauce saute

  11. 11

    Add green chili sauce and keep stirring

  12. 12

    Add vinegar required salt and pepper powder

  13. 13

    Finally add cooked noodles and give a quick stir until the noodles is blended well with the vegetables

  14. 14

    Serve hot
