Steps

Take the wheat flour in a large mixing bowl.

Add chopped spinach, salt and pepper, carrom seeds, onion, green chillies, ginger and malai in it. Mix well.

Add some water and knead a tight dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

Now take a small ball from the dough.

Dust with wheat flour & roll it with a rolling pin.

Heat a tawa. Put some ghee on it.

Place the parantha on it.

Flip off after one min.

Put some ghee on it & shallow fry from both sides until it crispy and golden.

It's ready. Serve with curd and pickle.
