This recipe is prepared with idli Rava batter. Andhra people makes this traditional batter. For idli batter, it is needed to soak idli rava mixed with ground urad dal for 5 hours.

This recipe is prepared with idli Rava batter. Andhra people makes this traditional batter. For idli batter, it is needed to soak idli rava mixed with ground urad dal for 5 hours.
Cooking Instructions

For karam podi fry all the Ingredients till it turns into roasted brown colour and smells good.

Transfer it to grinder jar and coarse it into fine powder. Keep it aside

Deep frying pan,heat it put butter 200gms then fry all chopped ingredients, coriander thoroughly.

Add karam podi prepared.mix well

Divide 3 portions on the same frying pan and inbetween pour this already prepared idli batter.

Place the lid and fry untill it is crisp and cooked well.

Serve it with chutney.
