Navratri khajur burfi

In a pan take ghee and roast dry fruits.

Now roast the desiccated coconut. Now add ghee and roast chopped khajur in it by pressing and stirring continuously till the mixture leaves sides of the pan.

Now add dry fruits and coconut and cook for 2 mins and cool it for 5 mins.

Now grease the plate and knead the dough and give it the shape of a round log.

Grease foil and wrap this log and freeze for 30 min.

Unwrap it and cut into round shape of desired thickness. Khajur burfi is ready to serve.
