Kadhi and khichdi

First take rice and dal bothe in pressure cooker and wash them very well then keep it aside for 10 min. Add salt

Now pressure cook the khichdi for 2-3 whistle add ghee on top our khichdi is ready

For kadhi first take buttermilk in a bowl and once blend it with blender the add gram flour, salt, jaggery and grated gingre to it

Now take all the masala, methi seeds,, green chilli, whole red chilli, and other also which I mentioned above

Now heat the ghee in pan add cumin seeds and curry leaves to it and all the above masala to it now add buttermilk to it and boil for 7-8 min.

Kadhi is ready to serve
