Mixed flour tomato chila

Mix all the flour well.

Grind 3 tomatoes along with green chillies to a coarse paste.

Chop 1 tomato into small cubes. Add all other dry ingredients to the flour. Add water as required. The batter must be thicker in consistency than the batter of dosa.

Now spread the spoonful of batter on the tawa. Cover it with lid and let it turn brown from the bottom. Keep the flame medium.

Fry them from both the sides until they turn brown and are crispy.

Serve these chilas with coconut chutney, green chutney or any other of your choice.
