Steps

Wash and soak rice

Heat oil add onions, and black pepper, cardamons and zeera fry till nice golden colour.

Add water and when boil comes add soaked rice and salt, stir and mix.

Cook on low medium flame, when water dries put on dum for few mins on a tawa.
- 5
After steam comes stir the rice upside down and keep on dum for 5_10 mins and serve hot.
