Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 tbspbutter melted
  2. 2egg whites
  3. Heaping 1/2 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
  4. 1 tspvanilla extract
  5. 3 tbspwhite vinegar
  6. 2.5 tspcinnamon
  7. 1 tspnutmeg
  8. 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 1.5 tspbaking powder
  10. 3/4 tspbaking soda
  11. 4-5 tbspmunk fruit sweetener powder
  12. 2 1/2AP cups flour
  13. 1 cupalmond milk eggnog
  14. Optional- 1-1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips (or sugar free)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°. Melt the butter in the bowl then add wet ingredients. Mix well.

    Add flour and mix to combine. Grease 11-12 muffin tins and bake for 25 min.
