Ingredients

  1. 1medium size cabbage
  2. 250 gmgreen peas
  3. 4-5potatoes
  4. 1onion
  5. 10-12garlic cloves
  6. 8-9red chillies
  7. 2-3bay leaves
  8. 2-3cloves
  9. 1big cardamom
  10. 2 teaspoonjeera/cumin seeds
  11. 2 teaspoonblack Pepper
  12. 1/2 teaspoonhaldi/turmeric powder
  13. 1tomato
  14. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the cabbage roughly and put water in a Cooker.

    Wash the cabbage thoroughly and put them along with potatoes in the cooker.

    Cover the cooker by lid and let 3 steams come. After that put off the gas.After passing off full steam from the cooker, pour down cabbage & potatoes on a strainer.

    Put all the dry spices in grinder with haldi & a little water to make out a smooth paste

    Heat oil in a Kadahi, put 1 bay leaf, masala paste,tomatoes & salt to taste.Fry the masala till it is observed that it is emitting oil.Now masala is ready

    Now put boiled cabbage,potatoes along with green peas in the masala & mix them well. Cover it with lid & let it cook for 10-15 minutes

    Open the lid and fry the materials for 3-4 minutes & serve

    Tasty Cabbage Masala is ready to eat 😋😋😋
