1/2 tspDashi stock granules
Combined flavoring ingredients:
1 tbspDashi, water
1 tbspSoy sauce
1to 1 1/2 teaspoon Japanese mustard

Cut the broccolini into bite-sized pieces.

Add salt to boiling water, then add the broccolini, starting from the hard stems.

Once boiled, shock in water to preserve the color, then add the dashi and mix.
