Sieve flour to a clean, dry bowl

Transfer to a clean surface and knead for 30-40mins (i knead longer now cuz i love the result- very soft bread)

Oil-Grease bowl, then place dough

Cover with cling film and prove

Meanwhile: i’ll get my filling ready. In a clean, dry pan- pour in lil oil— add in chopped onion and sauté—- now add in grated bellpepper and garlic and stir fry

When it’s done, add slurry just to prevent them from scattering🤣😂(can’t find a better word) when placed on the dough

Cut as seen below, using a knife or cutter

Use fork to glue it, and that’s it. Repeat for the rest

Line baking try with baking sheet, and place bread on it
