Cooking Instructions

Wash moong dal properly and soak for 1/2 hrs.Drain water and boil in cooker for 4 whistles.

After 1/2hrs.switch off the flame and let it cool completly.

Heat a pan with oil.Add jeera,garlic,onion,tomato fry andmix well.
- 4
Masala is ready and mix well dal.
- 5
Add fresh makhan and mix well dal makhan is ready.
- 6
At last serve with chapati.
