Sarson ka saag with makki ki roti

#ambassador.... Try this hot sarson saag in cold weather...
Steps

Wash sarson saag, spanish, bathua saag and fenugreek properly and cut them all...

Then in a pot add water, sarson saag, spanish, bathua saag, fenugreek,garlic, green chilli, salt mix well and bring it to boil... Cover and cook on low flame cook for 2 to 3 hours...

After it cooked, blend the whole mixture,add maize flour in saag and mix well and cooked until it thickens, set aside...

Now tarka time!!! In a pan heat oil and butter, add garlic, button red chilli, ginger, garlic, saute until golden brown.... Now add this tarka into sarson saag... And sarson saag is ready....

Now make makki roti...in a bowl add maize flour, salt, lukewarm water as required and knead until dough becomes ball(use heel of hands) now divide it into small equal parts...

Now take two thick plastic sheets place one dough ball and press in between the plastic sheet... Now press the dough ball a little with your palm and flattened it and make a round shaped roti... Heat griddle and fry makai ki roti from both sides with desi ghee... Makki roti is ready serve with saag and enjoy
