Carrot Halwa without milkmaid
Cooking Instructions

First clean the carrots well. Peel the outer skin and keep it ready.Now grate the carrots. Use the medium sized grater for the same.

Now take a kadhai, add 2 tsp ghee to it. Keep it on low flame. Add the grated carrot to it and mix it well. Let the moisture present in it evaporate. Mix it well for 5-7 mins.

Now add the sugar to it. It will start melting. Mix it well. Keep stirring for 10 mins.

After that, once you see the color deepening, add milk to it. Mix it well. Let it cook for 10 more minutes. Meanwhile you can keep the cashews fried and ready.

After 10 mins, add the cashew and mix it well. Your gajar Halwa is ready. Serve it hot.
