Chop shallots, coriander, chillies in small slices.

Remove the skin of mango and slice in broad thin pieces. Then, further slice mango into long thin pieces.

Fry peanuts over a medium fire for about 8 minutes, till slightly golden brown.

Using a mixing bowl, throw in shallots, coriander and chillies. Mix well then add in 2 table spoons of lemon juice and sugar.

Once mixed well, add in mango pieces and 3-6 tablespoons of fish sauce. Mix then add in peanuts.

Feel free to add extra sugar, lemon juice or fish sauce to get your desired tangy taste.
