Peel off carrot and kadam and cut into píeces.

Keep these vegetables into boiling water for 1 minute and take them out and keep under sun for 4-5hours.

Now take these vegetables in a vessel. Add oil.

Add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder in it.

Add rai powder in it and mix well.

Now again put this achaar in plastic box and keep under sun for 2-3 days so that rai fermented and give citric taste.
