Keep peas in hot water for 10 minutes with a pinch of salt then extract peasand keep in a plate.

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan saute Methi in it for 5 minutes then keep it in a plate.

Fo gravy heat oil then add cashew nuts, onion, ginger and ginger. Cook till onions get soft then add tomatoes cook it for 5 minutes.

Let the gravy mix cool then make a thick paste of it.

Heat oil add cumin, cardamom, cloves, bay leaves fry it for 2 minutes.

Then add paste and 1/2 cup of water.

Add green chillies and dry masalas.

Add peas and Methi in it and cook in high flame for 5 minutes.

Add cream, coriander leaves and garam masala.

Cook for 2 minutes.

Ready to serve and eat with roti, naan or paratha.
