Bool the green peas for 5-6 minutes.

Let it be cool than grind into corstle.

Heat a wok put ghee than add grinded peas and saute for 7 to 8 minutes. Saute it well so that rows smell go away.

Than add milk and mix well. Cook for 10 min until milk thicken.

Finally add sugar, saffron, chopped nuts and cardamom powder mix well and another cook for 2-3 minutes then switch off the flame.

Enjoy delicious green peas kheer hot Or cold as you wish.
