Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add your your flour

Make a hole in the flour and add the dry ingredients. cardamon,yeast, sugar, salt and mix them

Add 2 table spoons of margarine and rub in the flour and it melts

Warm water or milk or coconut milk. one of them according to your wish.. to my case I used milk

Add the milk in Flour and mix by adding small amount.. Knead your flour until it stops to stick to your hands..

Remove the dough from your bowl and place it on a table Knead your dough for 10-15 minutes..

Place your dough in a bowl and cover it. allow it to rest for 1-2 hours

After 1 hour make sizeable rounds and roll them. cut your rounds in four quarters..

Place your pan on a heat and add vegetable oil. let it to heat for about 5 minutes. test your oil with a piece of dough whether is hot

Put your rolled dough in a pan and fry it.. when one side is golden brown turn to the other side and cook until all sides turns brown
